Insurance Survey Reports (ISR) provides detailed professional fact-based accurate reports for Insurance Underwriters, relative to policy coverage’s. The extent of narration and detail format is determined based on requirements of the insurance companies. Reports identify location of subject property and includes: narration, occupancy, diagrams, photos of interior workplace, exterior premises, and exposures noted. Corrective recommendations are provided. 
Insurance Survey Reports has a $1 million errors and omission coverage. The policy is offered through the United States Liability Insurance Company. Worker compensation coverage is provided by Beacon Mutual Insurance Company. Our services also include Insurance to Value Appraisal and Video Surveys which are used primarily for verifying interior contents of residential properties, appraisal purposes of commercial and residential buildings and identifying workplace exposures relative to worker compensation coverage’s. ISR staff personnel confirm all appointments and field representatives wear attire recognizing company name (INSURANCE SURVEY REPORTS) with proper identification.

Our agency presently is actively affiliated with the Rhode Island Red Cross, N.I.O.S.H., O.S.H.A. and N.F.P.A. Completion of reports usually is determined upon the availability of appointment by insured. Surveys are completed within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days. If additional time is required, Underwriters are notified.
